The Seventh Tour by the Achievements Tourism Team Highlights Riyadh’s Historic Landmarks

As, * a part of the free introductory tour series across Riyadh, the Achievements Tourism Team conducted its seventh tour over two days—Wednesday and Saturday, 9th and 12th of Dhul-Qi’dah 1446 AH—exploring some of the city’s most Prominent Historical Sites.

The Tour began at the National Museum, where trainer Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Wuhaibi provided an in-depth Arabic-language tour guiding, participants through the museum’s sections and showcasing the history and development of the Arabian Peninsula through the ages. On The Second Day, the tour continued with two groups exploring the museum. The first group toured in Arbic-languge, while the second group had an English-language tour led by Dr. Thamer Al-Mahboub, offering non-Arabic speakers a rich opportunity to “Engage with the Kingdom’s heritage and history to gain a deeper appreciation of its cultural identity and timeless traditions.”

Following the museum visit, both groups proceeded to King Abdulaziz Historical Palace in Al-Murabba and the adjacent Memorial Hall. The tour of these landmarks was also conducted in both Arabic and English, adding a culturally immersive dimension to the experience.

 

The tour was smoothly coordinated and organized by trainer Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Mubaddil and Assistant Trainer Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Mousa, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance tourism awareness and Promote National history through Engaging and Accessible formats.

These tours reflect the team’s commitment to shedding light on Saudi Arabia’s Cultural and Historical legacy, offering visitors a meaningful connection to the Kingdom’s rich past in an Educational and Interactive Manner.
